512Detail- Heh heh, see?!? I might be the one Autopian who has qualms about those dreadlocks in general :o

that`s the beauty of our craft
some find their preferred methods over others

I`ve only encountered one wash media that hacked up my car (which you know about already), and im sure it was mostly user error..but that helped me find out what not to do again.

game 1 tix to spurs are only $50 each for the nosebleeds, which are really the best place there because the fans are insane up there

might have to go to a game now

These dreads are quite simply, the best.

06vrss- You and I seem to be in the minority on this one, but at least there are two of us..

That one still has me scratching my head, and maybe even feeling a bit guilty....

Bill D- Well, you and I are on *almost* the exact same page with washing...at least in the same chapter of one big, long book :D

512Detail- Yeah, and I do appreciate that, but still..."inquiring minds want to know..." and all that, and it makes me just a little leery of advocating my approach.

launched my backpack drive detail auction again for this year (2nd year in a row)

decided to offer a polish angel detail unless bidding gets over X amt and then I will offer a coating I have in supply like CSL, EXO, PBL, or can coat

hoping for a good bid this year, probably won`t eclipse last year since that bidder is an active client of mine now and his rides are all PA`d up but it`s the most efficient way I can give back to this cause

wish me luck that I don`t inherit some disaster Mopar to detail, lol...but wait, that would be kind of fun actually :)

I was out to dinner with my parents and a family friend this weekend. The family friend says, I wax my boat, but the paint is all hazy (its a painted aluminum boat) what can I use to fix it. My mom chimes in and says you need a polisher and at least 10 bins full of products. How can you not laugh when the people around you know you have a problem.

Often times my dad will comment that I have a couple hundred dollars worth of pads when he is over.....if he only knew.

For years now, some have said you need to buy gold...the question is if the collapse came would I be able to buy detailing supplies, gas, and food with gold? :P I do not see any infrastructure ready to accept gold..
