Random thoughts thread

This boat came into work the other day. It`s 57` long with ~2500 HP. Just one of those engines cost almost as much as my last house.

 
It`s definitely a beautiful boat and what`s even crazier is some of these (maybe not the 57`, but the 38` or 42` version) are just a "tender" for the customers bigger boat. A great boat for getting to the Bahamas quick though.
 
I signed on to National Detailer Pros. They are processing it and maybe tomorrow I`ll be on. I hope this works out. I can`t find any work and 5 clients in a row shining me on is so annoying.
 
It is way to early to see these.

I have no doubt you will represent them in the most professional manner possible. I only hope their other detailers represent your good name in the same manner.
 
so I was logging my work time for this job- for pricing references

I`m at 29 work hours and I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel, just the tail lights, trim, tires and glass left

even did the fender wells this time (and got my arms all dirty in the process) and a lot of rubber boogers on my floor from this 10 second cat

and q tips with supersport to the brembos

now I find myself just walking around the car staring in awe at how gd beautiful it looks
 
Sitting on hold with the Dr`s office to try and get a copy of my daughter`s sports physical. Somewhere between soccer season and track season the school lost several. Should have made a copy for myself.:angry:
 
Pollen, pollen, pollen. All the cars are yellow. Now it is going to rain and really make a mess. Three cars to do Saturday and the pollen is making my allergies rage. Ugh.

No pollen here, but we may get some snow saturday morning. Also everything looks depressing with no leaves and nothing blooming. So I guess its pick your poison.
