Does anybody else hate the post office? Suppose to have package delivered of interior detail. Tracking says delivered but it has not. In the last year or more I have had nothing but problems either wrong mail or my packages being delivered to wrong house. No kidding I bet this is the 7-8th time this has happened. Frustrated

hot_h2o- I guess it depends on the USPS individuals...ours are great. From the Joe who delivers (wouldn`t have bothered getting to know him had he not performed to spec, unless I needed his name to complain) to the people at the local Office, I guess we`re just lucky. Your experiences sound simply awful by comparison!

working from home benefit # man I really lost count, it`s so high, haha

when the thunder strikes I can queue up AC/DC thunderstruck and Garth Brooks thunder rolls and jam out in between calls

and on breaks I can stand on my front porch and watch the water dance off my truck!

life is about the simple things, right?

!YES!

Glad (but not surprised ;) ) that it`s working so well for you. Especially since you`re away from the, uhm...[individuals]..you were dealing with.

PSA for those that do their own work around the home.....

Please save yourself a bunch of money and crapping on a utility worker`s day by taking 60 seconds to call in a locate before digging post holes

I went into the office last week for a potluck and it was more of a hassle than pleasure. I think the best part was the drive to and from work in the car.

Why do people...Pro Athletes seemingly overrepresented...have firearms in places like that where everybody knows they`re not allowed? What compels them to have it on them in that situation? Do they think they won`t get caught? Do they actually forget they have it!?! IMO (and regulars here know I`m Mr. 2nd Amendment, as Pro-Gun as a person can be) anybody who gets in that kind of trouble has exposed himself as someone who`s not, uhm...equipped...to be around things like firearms.

I`m Pro-gun, but ANTI-armed [irresponsible individual]. As they say, with great power comes great responsibility.

Got new tires for my Camaro today. only 9k miles on them and about 1/2 - 2/3 rds worn but I hated the Goodyear F1`s that were on it. Every pebble rock or piece of sand stuck to them just long enough to be thrown at high speed at the rear quarter panels. Changed out from 285/35 R20 square set up to 275/40 R20 front and 315/35 R20 rear. Got Continental Extreme Contact DWS 06 all season tires, they have a little less grip in perfect conditions (dry clean pavement) but the have way better rain and cold grip and they ride a lot better then the Goodyears i took off. Also the Goodyears being such a track focused sticky summer only hard sidewall tire trammeled so bad it was scary on some the roads around here at times it made you look like you were drunk tossing you back and forth in your lane.

trashmanssd- IMO that "worse in ideal/better in wet" is a great trade-off, I do the same thing.

Heh heh, 9K is more than I ever got out of a set on an F-body, but then you swapped early too. I really, *REALLY* oughta do that on the Crown Vic but the [crappy] Goodyears have so much tread left...sounds like you and I are both displeased with Goodyears :D

What prompted you to go with the Contis? I`m currently all about Michelins, but then I`m not driving an F-body these days either and I bet big sedans need completely different rubber.
