Rain ruin MY carwash? No way!

Well, I started washing my car yesterday after checking the local radar to ensure there was no rain coming my way, and whadd'ya know... just about ready to dry off and it starts coming down. Now I could hear my neighbors' banter on their porch saying how it sucks to be me and such, bla bla bla. So instead of getting ticked off, I go in the house and get my bottle of QD+ (the older formula), spray the whole car with it, and take my waffle weave and smear it all over the car while it's raining. Go inside til it stops raining (about 15 minutes), and dry as usual with another MF and S&G. Perfect!!! Unbeknownst to my audience, what looked like a foiled attempt to wash the car turned into a perfect wash AND wax. Ding ding, I win. :howdy
 
I really like QD+. I haven't used it very much but am pleased when I do. Do you usually wipe on wipe off or do you let it sit to a haze?

^ I usually wipe on, wipe off, but in this instance I let it set for about 15 minutes. Came off with no problems at all. Of course it was cloudy so it wasn't baking, but QD+ always comes off easier than any other quick wax i've ever used.

Of course I have a garage to wash in so no probs. 15 acres = plenty of garage's
