Rain Beading Pics and QEW'ed a dirty Civic

A few weeks ago, we buffed my beater accord at a Detail 101 meet. We got most of the swirls off the car, and lawrencea topped her with Mothers Reflections was. . .it rained a few days later, and I took these rain beading pics.

And last night, after the detail I did of that Silver STi. . .I was still in the cleaning mood, so I pulled out the QEW and what I had left of my Mother's Clay.



This civic (the gf's) hadn't been washed in at least 2 months and not been "autopian cleaned" in over 6-8 months, closer to a year more likely.



I QEW'ed it, then I cleaned her with clay and then did another QEW to remove the residue.



I used some Tire Magic on the tires and that's about it. She's gonna get a full exterior and interior. . .we're driving her to New Orleans at the end of the month.

no topper?? what about protection?:) looks a lot better though! nice work. i just used QEW for the first time this weekend and i'm not sure i like it but hopefully i will learn to like it.

the topper will come this week. . .likely tomorrow if the rain stays away.



All I had the time and energy for was a cleaning.



The inside is soo bad, that I'm gonna actually remove the seats to get some of the grime off. . .that will happen starting tomorrow too. . .
