Rain....again

Here in Middle America (Indiana/kentucky) we are having a real weird summer

I am wishing it would GET hot.:devil:

Cooler temps along with buckets of rain = one car always in the garage and cold swimming pool water (well even if it was warm who wants to get electrocuted swimming in a T-STORM.

Good thing I have plenty of junk to do inside the house, or Id be going stir-crazy! :out:

Anybody else want to join my weather rant? :cursing:

Dave is right. Got up this morning to sand down and paint a 15ft driveway gate and it was raining. Rained till noon and the swimming pool which we heated yesterday for todays swimming is about to over flow and cold !! Rained most of last week and next week dosen't look much better.Maybe at least the Nascar crowd in town for the Brickyard will have better luck. Done crying for now and headed out to straighten up the garage.

It's rained every 3-4 days here in KC for the past 3 months!

But we've been fairly. It seems to be missing us on the weekends! And they're thunderstorms, so they are short duration!:biggrin:
 
In light of the drought we've had here the last couple of years, I'm all too happy to see it rain here almost daily. In fact, it's been so hot and humid here this summer, I actually look forward to the rain everyday to cool things down. :hurray:
 
It's been raining here everyday now, We're still on water restrictions on watering and washing our cars.
 
It's been raining like crazy here also. I tried to go camping in Maine this weekend and the Mosquito's just hatched. Normally they get heavy in early May. Thats how cold the summer has been.
 
Man, Im so sick of the rain! Its been raining a little bit everyday here so I havent gotten any details in a while!! Finally do my dads car today and it looks great for being covered in rock chips cracks in plastic and scratches but did look wet with even just some megs spray wax. I walk away very happy with the results and now it is raining! :(

Hopefully it wont hit to bad and I can just quick detail it tomorrow if its not to bad, this is driving me nuts!
