Ragtop/cloth top cleaning

I am getting ready to sell my cr and I need to clean my top. The top has slights "stains" that I need to get rid of. I do not want to order anything online since I am trying to get rid of the car asap. Is there anything I can buy at a local autoshop that will do the job ? The top is from a caddy if that makes a diff. Thanks
 
Try the dealership - one of the best soft top cleaners recommended for my car is the regular BMW product sold over the parts counter.
