I've been detailing my car like crazy trying to get it back into show room condition and cannot find an easy way to remove all the bugs and other crap that is in between all my radiator fins.....any help would be appectiated....

Can a toothbrush help? I know depending on the layout of the engine comparment reaching in there can be a PITA. Maybe something makeshift like a toothbrush taped to a paint brush handle

I used an OXO brush.....first i used one of those that had the soap container built in.....then to fit into tight places i realized the OXO wheel brush i had had the same nylon bristles at the tip and was perfect for removing the bugs.....so all in all I got a bunch of bugs and stuff out....it's not perfect tho......My car is a 1998 so it's got allot of abuse over the years....

I think the power of the high pressure car wash spray might be too much, and possible drive them in deeper. I've always just patiently used the regular garden hose sprayer. It takes a while, but they'll usually soften up and wash out.

I have a brush that is sold for use on car paint. I don't use it on paint at all but use it in places to clean where a brush is safe. I've used it with good sucess on radiators before and haven't damaged any fins.

If you have just the radiator and no AC, you can use your garden hose and correct nozzle setting and spray from the inside out.:up

I just used that kind of brush on an undercarriage, agitates the product a bit more than only relying on it by itself
