RV detailing pays good but I am never realy happy with the outcome. I alway have problams with areas of blotchy and shinny dull areas. It does not matter if its a brand new RV or a 10 year old one, I alway have problams with blotchy paint. I have done 100's of RVs and try lots of differ products but I am starting to think its not me but poor quality gel coat but who knows.
 
Sorry to hear that, but I feel your pain. I thought this would be my calling but after dealing with my dads (weak gel coat) I said no the heck way, he was very happy with it but I was more depressed with it clean than with it dirty. I hate RV's.
 
I hate suvs / rvs full stop..........dangerous to other road users and unecesary they should be banned as should tinted glass - /rant!!!!!!!
 
I don't like doing them for the same reason, the vast majority of RV owners don't bother getting them waxed until the gelcoat is like chalk.



I do wax a 44' Newell Motor Coach once or twice a year but he keeps it in a warehouse and has a rolling staircase for me to use.
 
tinted glass cuts down visibility, not good for safety, it also stops cars following being able to see through - again doesnt help safety. The police dont like them because they cannot see who is in side and whether they have a weapon.



Its really unecesary in UK maybe in hot parts of the world there is a valid argument......

I disagree.

-If a window is shattered, the tint holds the majority of the glass together. Also helps with cleanup.

-If you need to see through my car while driving you are tailgating.

-I roll down both of my front windows during a traffic stop. Weapons are usually concealed, not sitting on the front seat.

-Tint substantially cuts down on interior heat and of course keeps the sun out.
