Quick Review: Duragloss Aquawax

Since OCW is a wax, wont using it as you dry interfere later on if you plan to put a layer a sealant over it (sealant over a wax)? I am a sealant person and havent used my OCW since I am not sure.

Used to LOVE the original UPPS. It was nearly as fine as UPP itself! Not a fan at all of the current UPPS version, blah!

It does smell better then AW though. I really dont care for the AW smell anymore.

They changed the formula?

I still have plenty left from a half gallon jar I bought a couple years ago.

Are most of you using AW on dry paint or during the drying process. I have only used it on a dry car and plan on spraying it on everything except tires after my next wash and before drying.

I'm not sure. I know its a nuba/poly mix. It may have Polycharger in it now. They added that to a lot of their products last year.

I think most of us use this either way. I don't have a preference. It really is such a great easy to use super slick product. I made a joke once that I use so much DGAW that I used to use it on my cereal.

I would say if youre doing a traditional wash, flood rinse then spray a couple sprays per panel and dry as you would.

Or you can flood rinse, dry then give your final wipedown with AW as your "QD" when getting the last bit.

ONR was I would use 2 towels, get the heavy water first then use the spray on panel and dry with MF method.

Can't go wrong with it

I use AW on a dry/mostly dry car. If there is some small streaks of water left after drying it, AW still works great. I use UQD the exact same way.

I never have to worry about my lsp dying off, its always fresh.

4* Ultimate Spray Wax is polycharged now as is UPP.
