quick rant!

There is no cure!
today i received my shipment of s&g, s&w, trim restorer, and BnB refills. im a little disappointed. i dont know if it was maybe autogeeks mistake (if it was then theres no problem, i love their discounts :) ) or ups (if it was then there is a problem, they've messed up before). when ig ot the package he box was leaking and dented in. obviously it was ups' fault for that. when i opened the box the two gallons of s&w, and s&g were slightly open. the cap wasnt closed all the way and began to leak. the s&g was half full. the s&w was 80% full. i dont know who to go after. i mean. the box was dented in so that obviously had to do with ups. but the bottles werent closed correctly. instead of calling ups and making a claim with them right away, i plan on calling autogeek and speaking with them. maybe they'll send me smaller refills or something, i dont know. they've always cooperated very well with my orders and anythime i had a problem they always fixed it.

sorry, but i had to rant.

Well that suck to here and it's kinda hard to point the finger. If a bottle is hit hard enough it can either blow the top completly off or the air pushed out can make the cap back off. There caps don't have a seals??Or was the seal broken?

Contact who you bought it from . They will file a claim with UPS , then UPS will pick the package up and your supplier will give you a credit . This happen to me with Fed -X and polish . You could call UPS and see what their process is for damaged packages . The above process was Fed-X's for making claims.

Autogeek= great service! i'm sure ups is the one responsible for that. And as what Jason said, they'll take care of you :)

I only have one thing to say...have you ever seen how the UPS guys handle those precious packages of ours?! :rolling :rolling

Now that is customer service! Props to the 'Geek.

I've had many a bad and good experiance with UPS. The thing to remember for next time is to immidiately call UPS and have your driver come out to the house to inspect the package. I leave everything as it is so they can see what I got. Most of the time, my driver will notice a dented/wet box before he brings it to me and will say something about it. I get a lot of boxes in and out of my place. It is an absolute pain in the rear to file a claim, but most of the time the packer (autogeek in this situation) will package it correctly if they are a reputable source, as they are. I had a buddy who worked for UPS in a warehouse and he told me many times the abuse those packages can see. Glad you're getting it worked out!

Mike
