Quick question about washing vehicle

Hello all.. got a couple quick questions.

I have a Range Rover that Im washing.. should I have 3 wash mitts? 1 for roof of truck, 1 to wash from windows to mid level of vehicle, and 1 for the bottom half of car? What is the best time of day to wash vehicle? What is the best time of day to polish and condition seats? Should I wash tires and wheel wells before washing truck? Thanks
 
2 should suffice. One for the lower 20% and another for the rest. Clean from the top down especially on dark colors.
