Quick ? on UPGP

Haven't posted here in forever. I don't even have a 96GSR anymore! ANyways, I'm ordering some UPGP and plan goes like this..wash with dawn, clay with clay magic, clean with AIO Klasse. My question...can I apply the UPGP right after the AIO? I figured I'd do AIO after the clay to clean off all the detailing lube. Just want to make sure the UPGP will do well right after the AIO or if I need to wash the car again.
 
Thanks. I was hoping to save my $30 and skip the PPP and just get the paint nice and clean with what I already have. Anyone use UPGP without doing the PPP first?

Yes, often. I've used PB PwS, ZAIO, and Danase Pure Polish. PwS/ZAIO I waited about two hours before applying UPGP and it worked great. Considering KAIO doesnt have much sealant in it, it shouldn't be an issue. But, after you apply the KAIO, do a swipe of the UPGP, if it doesnt apply easily and uniformly, you will have to wait for a bit.
