With a quick look at the new products: Both Uno and Polish directions say to prime pad with Touch and apply 6-8 pea sized drops of UNO or Polish--certainly different than 3 pea sized drops--did "less is more" go away???

New pads look very similar to stock Buff and Shine pads with a full range of colors--has "simple" gone away?

Sure do need allot more info!!!

The mentality is still the same. You only need 3 pads - a cut, a polish, and a finish. That is all most people will want or use. We have more options for the experienced detailer who wants a choice of pads depending on the paint they are working with.

The amount of polish you use on the vehicle has not changed. You can still used 3 pea sided drops if you like.

When the pad is not primed, 6-8 works well and you can work larger sections of the vehicle than when you use 3.

You still will be using much less product than with other polishes.

I think priming the face of the pad makes polishing more efficient, generally speaking. I'll first experiment with priming the pad and using 3 pea sized drops.

FWIW, I just placed a pre-order for UNO and Polish!

Can someone tell me what are the differences among UNO V3==>V4==>V5?

I bought V3 last SEP and its gone thru 2 more newer iterations!

Are you going to want to use 6-8 drops for each section, or is this just for the first section?
