Quick neatitems group buy.

Since, I didn't get in on the past group buys. I'm going to start one myself. I'll follow peterbum's pricing policy for his initial group buy. I'm just going to order 100 15"x15" terry MF towels.



80 Mint Green

20 White



$35 for ten towels (minimum order is ten)



I'm going to order them tomorrow. So, first come first served. I just want 30 for myself.

My neatitems mint green MFs are linting. I've tried hand washing and machine washing. I didn't use fabric softners and I wash them seperately. They still lint and can't pick up any dust off my dash like they used to when they first came in. I'm a little dissapointed in them. Just thought I'd let you know.

That's odd. I used mine on a black vehicle recently, with no noticeable lint. I do get minor linting on glass, but not much. And, I've been using one as a dash duster with pretty good results (it's been through the wash several times already).



Are you air drying them? If so, try putting them in the dryer on low until almost dry instead; maybe it will help get rid of any loose lint that's sticking on the towels. They seem to come out of the dryer softer/fluffier than when I air-dry, as well.



If that doesn't work, you might try contacting neatitems about it . . . they seem to have a rep for good customer service.

UPDATE: here's the list of people that are getting MFs. I just placed the order over their voice mail. They should get back to me with a confirmation and final price.



I ordered 90 Mint Green and 10 White. Are you sure you guys don't want 9 MG and 1 white? It might make it easier to differentiate what you're going to use the white one for. i.e., dusting interior, etc.



Me - 30 (Mint Green and a few white)

JR - 20 (18 mint + 2 white)

SW - 10 Mint Green

BG - 10 Mint Green

SN - 10 Mint Green

MAC[H]Z - 10 (9 mint + 1 white)

DB - 10 Mint Green



All towels accounted for.
 
I agree with TortoiseAWD. The mint ones seem to lint a little bit on the glass, however, there was no linting on the car itself and I have a black car so I would notice any linting. :wavey

The group buy is still on. However there is a problem. Steve Hall just called to say that he has only:

However he is going to substitute 100 12"x12" mint green for the remaining 50 15"x15" MG towels. So the order is as follows for the same price.

Towels have arrived. I'm packing them up for shipment. When I receive your money, then they'll ship out.



BTW, this was an excellent deal. The 12x12 towels aren't much smaller than the 15x15.
