I think most people hear spend a lot of time working on their cars including me. Soaps, polishes, compounds, waxes, etc.



Even if you work outside, you are still breathing some fumes in.



How many of these products are carcinogenic? I know the 3m Rubbing compound saies to wear a mask when cleaning pads after using it. What about other products?



I don't wanna die from cancer! I wanna keep the family tradition and die from a heart attack.

Theres a few posts about that here....i bought a mask and eye goggles, and try to do it in well ventalated areas..

Please recommend a quick detailer that does not streak.The one that I purchased from a local detailer supply store streaks somthing awful. It is made by an outfit called Mapco. It is very reasonabley priced. Maybe that is why it streaks.

Any suggestion?

A few come to mind. FK425, ONR mixed to QD, Ultima Waterless Wash Plus Concentrate (by far the best bang for the buck)

So far my favorite is Finish Kare #425. How are you applying/removing the product? My personal method for 15 years now has been - spray panel, spread with 1 towel, buff dry with 2nd towel. If only using 1 towel, it can become saturated with product fast which may lead to streaking.
