Quick Detail - Black Z06

It's been a while since I posted any pictures so I thought I should post a few.



I put a fresh coat of Souveran Paste on the Z06 Saturday then I took it out Saturday night and got it all dirty driving it home in the rain. After washing it Sunday morning with some Poorboy's SS&S I snapped a few pics.

The car is a 2008. It's hard to believe but I've had the car for almost a year now. I have not done any paint correction on it since I first purchased it. At that time it had the infamous dealer induced new car swirls.
 
Looks great! How many miles have you put on it in the year that you've owned it. I'm also interested in how it compares with your other rides.

Of my 3 high performance cars:



2008 Z06

2004 Gallardo

2002 Viper ACR



I have not really put the cars up against each other but I would say the Z06 is at the top in terms of performance. It's a hard to beat the car for the price. Even in 2002 the Viper ACR stickered for $10,000 more then the 2008 Z06 and you can add at least $100.000 more for the Gallardo. I really enjoy all 3 cars and don't worry about which one is faster.



Way2SSlow, In a year I have only put 2,000 miles on the car. Between my wife and I we have 5 cars, a truck and a van so it's hard to put to many miles on any one car.
 
The newest vettes are still the best bang for the buck, IMHO and I don't even own one! Yours looks fantastic.
