questions for a pamphlet

I'm getting ready to design an informative pamphlet for my business. Something that goes beyond my basic flyer with a price list. I need some good commonly asked questions though. Here are the ones I have so far. Please suggest some more and if you have good answers to any of them, then please feel free to post them too.



How often should I wax?

Does this increase the value of my car?

explain to the customer that a well maintained car will not have oxidation or severe paint defects in it and will hold a better value when it is time to resell it then a car that has never been detailed.
