Can OCW be used immediately as a topper over other waxes such Collinite 845 and is there a cure time on OCW before a 2nd coat can be applied ?

Yep. I would wait 1-4 hours before topping any wax just to let the carnauba cure.
1-4 hours is recommended for most carnauba waxes.
