Do you feel the tuff buff wool pads on the 3401 cuts better than the MF pads on a PC?

With that amount of torque the 3401 wins. However the PC is easier to control as you know. Get 6" for the flex and 3/5" for the PC.

Do you use the MAX speed on both machines with the tuff buffs?

When I use these pads the paint needs alot of work, so the answer is yes. MAX SPEED.
