Question about ZFX For Z users

This is only an estimate of my usage. It depends on how many coats you get per oz of polish (thinness of coats). I get about 5 coats per oz. Sal states that one vial of ZFX will mix 1 8oz bottle of Z2/5. So my estimate is that I should get about 40 coats / vial ZFX. You do not have to use the ZFX every time you add a coat of polish and you do not have to mix a whole oz per session with ZFX. For example, I usually only mix 0.25 oz (7cc) of polish with 1-2 drops of ZFX and I do 2 coats on my Z28 convertible including wheels .
In the long run ZFX ($19.95)is more economical than purchasing the Z1($8.95) which you use initially and only after applying subsequent 8-10 coats. The improvement in the system by adding ZFX not only gives you instant curing (gratification) but also saves on time spent ( decreased drying time) applying and removing polish. blkZ, when I initially purchased ZFX, I also purchased two bottles of Z-5. I've burned through a whole bottle of Z-5 and from the looks of it, I haven't even used half my bottle of ZFX. I would agree that my tiny little vial of ZFX does not look like it contains 64-90 drops, but it does seem like it will last for at least two bottles of polish.
FocusRun, even though I usually apply just one coat at a time these days, I never use Zaino anymore without ZFX. It just seems to make the product so much better in so many different ways. It would be hard for me to go back to using Zaino without the cure accelerator.

Intermezzo, I completely agree with you about not using Z2/5 without ZFX. Sal is pretty good about making products that are soooooo addicting and in reality very economical ( 80 coats from one vial of ZFX... GREAT).

Thank you so much guys for the response. I believe I'll be getting my Z kit as soon as my funds get back in shape.
At the moment, I'm planning to Dawn, clay, AIO, (at least 3x) SG and Paste Glaz my silver metallic car and see how that baby looks. Since I'm still an eager lil newbie at this, I honestly don't know how it'll look like.
I'm aiming for the "Tarnations!! someone get that car off the road, I think my left eyeballs just melted from the shine!!" look. I didn't know about the Zaino products back then (about december 01) so I bought the Klasse twins. I decided I might as well go for them Klasse + Pinnacle I keep hearing from the Klasse fanatics since I already have them. I can't wait. It'll be a bit of a pain to wash the car though co'z i'm gonna have to use buckets. There's a drought warning in my area.
