Question about VM products?

I guess except their Moose wax w/ carnuba, the other two: Moose wax and vanilla moose glaze are considered a polish w/ light cleaning abilities?

They don't interfere with each other by layering or by topping other products?

All 3 products are made by the Clearkote company. Regular Moose Wax (MW) is a strong cleaner wax. Vanilla Moose Hand Glaze (VM) is a combination of polish, chemical cleaner, and protectant. Carnauba Moose Wax (CMW) is a liquid carnauba wax.

MW is usually used by itself as a quick one-step product. VM is normally used as a mild polish/glaze and followed up with a sealant or wax. CMW is used as a last step protectant following a polish or a sealant. VM and CMW make for a nice combo.

OK, that explains it. I just received some VM and MW. I did a detail w/ VM topped with Poorboys EX-P not a bad combo I thought.

VM with EX-P is an excellent combo. It's one of my favorites.

I like VM topped with just about anything!

I've only used it for a short time, but so far it's been the best final polish/glaze I've used. I had used #7 and S100 SEC and VM has easily been my favorite. Just got some EX P , but haven't had a chance to really use it yet, but the little I have used it I have liked. Topped it with some S100 and looks like a real nice combo.:beer

VM is a really versatile polish. Nice combos include VM+EX-P, VM+EX, VM+S100, etc. You get the picture.

VM+UPP on silver is GORGEOUS. VM+EX-P on dark green is DEEP & WET. Will be trying VM+ EX-P+CMW on white in the next 2/3 days.

So VM hides minor imperfections?Would it give a better final result if used under EXP than just EXP?

I'm about to walk outside and put VM and EX-P on my daughter's white car. Tomorrow another coat of EX-P then top it with Carnuba Moose Wax.

What were you planning to use as prep for EX-P? EX-P is an exceptionally clear sealant, so it will complement the appearance characteristics of the layer immediately preceding it. VM is very wet and glossy looking, so the EX-P will retain that look.
