question about USPS cost for Canada?

I tried to order a gallon of Final Detail and APC+ from the states, Total for the items was $28 US. I was asking for USPS for low shipping costs. and they charged me for $ 34.



is it normal?

is there any other cheap shipping i can choose?

Can't answer that but is it USPS 2nd day shipping or 3 to 5 days? The USPS 3 to 5 days shipping is cheaper. Also, you'll have to pay duty for the items (probably Canadian taxes). Have you tried sourcing the products in locally, I pretty sure paint/body shops near you will be able to order some Meguiars Final Detail for you or any Meguiars products for that matter. I have DACP and SFP on order from a local paint/body shop, best of all no shipping charges :) .
 
My suggestion is to try some more local shops, it'll save you money...Have you tried Canadian Tire? not 100% sure if they carry it but it might be in their automotive catalog (don't remember the name of the magazine at the current time).
 
Oh yeah, one more thing...Go to Meguiars Canada website and email the rep about which local shop carries their products, thats how I found my local shop.
 
Try UAP Napa auto parts. They carry pretty much all Meguiars products. Also the catalogue at CT that bboy was referring to is called the keystone calatogue.
 
Hey guys, Final Detail and APC+ are NOT available through Meguiar's Canada. In fact most of the items in the detailer series are not available up here anywhere.



The only way for us Canadians to get them is to source from south of the border.

I'm pretty sure this is solid.



I can't remember 100% for Final Detail, but APC+ for sure.



I'm biased towards sourcing things locally if I can, but I would look at alternatives like #34 or Mothers Showtime in the refill size for QDs.
