Question about applicators and polishing, waxing?

Hi im new to all of this and i was just wondering what kind of applicator is the best? terry? microfiber? foam? also what should i use to wipe of wax a 100 % cotton towel or a MF towel?

also can i use #80 with some s100 will this leave a good finish? thanks.
 
All three have different level of aggression. I would say your best bet is to get all three and when you polish by hand start off with the least aggressive first: mf and foam. I'm finding a mf works better than cotton to wipe off wax. Use your favorite polish first then you can top with s100 or a sealnt then a wax.

I'm not familar with it, but sounds like#80 Speed Glaze is likely a very mild polish with fillers to hide swirls
