Question about an ez up tent...

Ok, so I have been going to different businesses with flyers and biz cards and of course they all ask me if I am mobile, which I am not COMPLETELY. While raising money I am going to have make due with their faucet and power. I have an ez up for tailgating at football games and I plan to use it for detailing but I have a few questions to ask. Ok, those things will not completely cover a car, how do you get by with that? Also, is it possible to put one up by yourself!?! One more thing, I'm working out of my suv at the moment and I may not always have room for that, is it possible to do a full detail in a sunny parking lot? need some advice. Thanks guys
 
One option is sun friendly products. Im not sure if Sonus is. Some I have used that are are PB's and Optimum. Most sealants are ok in the sun due to the richness in oils. Nubas are a different story. Get some opinions on Sonus, I have heard they are a very good products....or post a poll about "Sun friendly" products......

When it "heats" up though, all bets are off..............Sun vs. heat are different.

EZ ups are a mobile detailers best friend. Position the tent and car in a way which presents you the most shade. In the winter when the sun is low, aim the car towards the south. You'll end up parking the car about 1/2 way in the actual canopy to get complete shade coverage/protection. Come summer time, when the sun is high, you can usually pull it right under, and depending on the length of the car, get about 75% shade. Opt to work on the front or rear 1/2, then move the car to work on the opposite end.

also, I have a 12x12 and its near impossible to put up by myself, but cars fit under no problem with room to spare on the sides from the legs....a 10x10 i used however was a tight fit for a toyota prius, so I would go with the bigger one if possible..



and you have to have room in an SUV...if not, then you have way too many products, or your little equipment isnt so little....
 
Cmon Eric, get that EZ up, up!! I have the 1212 also, its a MF (ANd Im not talking about microfibers here) to get up by yourself, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do!!

Also take some extra buckets of water to use as anchors for the legs.
 
I have an FJ cruiser! Not the biggest interior space in the world, PLUS, that tent is pretty damn big! Plus I have a 12 gallon shop vac, hose reels, buckets, all my chemicals, etc...I'm going to practice in my driveway on putting the tent up! haha!
