QEW users-how do you wash wheels?

Just wondering if you are detailing a car and use QEW what is your procedure to washing the wheels-usually I need some type of wheel cleaner to get the brake dust off but then need a hose to rinse and this defeats the purpose of QEW.

I clean the majority of grime with qew mix...



Spray the wheel with cleaner if neccesary, agitage,



Then with some more qew go over the cleaned areas again.

I use two options:



1) Bring a presoak mixture of QEW/QD/water, and spray that liberally on the wheel before washing. Then wash normally with QEW and different towels.



2) Bring a couple of milk jugs full of water with you, and use those for rinsing. I do this everytime I wash my own wheels here at my apartment. I also mix up a traditional wash soap though, and use a sheepskin mitt with it.

I do pretty much the same as above. I do the wheels last. I will spray some EO wheel cleaner, agitate and wash with the QEW water remainging in the bucket. I then spray the wheels with a mixture of soap and water and remove the wash mixture w/a dry ole' MF. Works pretty well IMO.
