QEW Slushie

I ordered a gallon of QEW over the weekend since they had $1 shipping. UPS left it on my porch when they delivered it at 11:00 am. I didn't see it until last night when I got home. It was 16 degrees outside, so the QEW had partiallially frozen and ruptured. Good thing Camping World wrapped the bottle in a big plastic bag.



I called Camping World this morning and they have a replacement on its way. This time I shipped it to my warm office. :D
 
Got mine from Camping World this afternoon. It was frozen coming off the UPS truck. I called them and they refunded me and just asked me to wait until spring to reorder. :) Didn't even want it back. I see from another thread that it should be useable.



So while Camping World doesn't necessarily have superior packaging, their customer service was very good.
 
Actually, I think my original post was meant to ask if the freezing would've damaged QEW. I guess I left that part out. Anyways, I email Protect-All and they said as long as it doesn't separate once it thaws out, it should be fine for use.
 
Ah, I see. Good info to know if anyone else has frozen QEW.



Still, that is good customer service. :up
