Ok, got two quick questions:
Has anybody added a capful of QEW to their regular wash solution for some added lubricity? I am thinking of doing this especially now due to the pollen season to prevent marring if possible.
Also, I applied EX-P my first time around with a dry applicator in the sun. Bad move, it caused problems. I missed the part where your supposed to dampen the applicator.
I misted a MF applicator pad the last time around with water and the EX-P spread better but still not great. Removal was so-so. I am a little worried to use a foam hand pad. For some reason I have it in my head that its too abrasive to use a foam hand pad to apply protectant and worry it will strip the fillers and stuff from my VM and current layer of EX-P. Should I use a foam hand pad for EX-P? I only ask because I love the look but I really had application problems with it and the MF applicator pad. Would dampening with a QD help it more? I need some tips as I plan to add another coat in the next few weeks. Also, if removal gets a bit tough for whatever reason, ie put it on too thick by mistake, can I mist the area with a QD to remove or am I essentially removing more than just residue by doing this? Thanks.
