I might be booed off the forum for suggesting this, BUT there has been a lot of talk recently about the "perfect drying technique" and some brought up the California Waterblade, which I have used in the past with great success, and it got me thinking.
I live in an apartment and don't have access to a hose and a place to wash my car. However, I do have a garage and I have been using QEW to wash my car over the last couple of months with great success. The normal order of operations for QEW is to wash one panel at a time, drying first with a microfiber towel that should pick up most of the solution and then follow with a WW microfiber towel for the rest. I have been following this procedure and have been happy with the results.
My question is, could you use the California Waterblade instead of the first mircofiber towel to get the majority of the water off? Then follow with the WW. Has anyone tried this? Would this cause micro maring because the water you are sweeping off with the CWB has dirty/road grime/junk suspended in it?
It's just a thought.
