QD to use with P21S?

I've got a good base of 4 coats of Zaino on my '04 Black Acura TL and have recently added a coat of P21S for depth. This combo looks great! Before I put the P21S on, I have been using Zaino Z6 QD after washings with good success. But when I try to use the Z6 over the P21S, it seems to make the P21S 'gummy'. Has anyone else noticed this? Also, does anyone have a recommendation for another QD they've used on P21S? I've already got Mequiars Quik Detailer and Sonüs Acrylic Spritz but haven't tried them in this case.

Thanks for any help.

ClearKote Quik Shine works beautifully with S100/P21S.

It leaves a slick and shiny finish.:xyxthumbs

How about Meguiars final detail? I really love this product. I use this everytime im using a carnauba wax. I've also heard that wax shops slick stuff is also a good qd.

I use final inspection when I do my daily QD. I then use Poor Boys QD+ after each wash. Final Inspection, Quick Detailer and Last Detail do not contain carnuba.

my car has 3 layers of p21s, and the only qd i use on it is sonus carnauba detailing spray... great results, and actually adds some gloss.... i have other qds but i find this one in particular is the only way to go with p21s (in my opinion)

Final Inspection and Showtime are both excellent quick detailers, especially considering their attractive pricepoints and ease of locating locally. But I would personally suggest a quick detailer that has carnauba in it. Einmann Fabrik Clear Pearl, Pinnacle Crystal Mist, One Grand Show-Off, Sonus Carnauba Spritz, etc.

Even though I love Sonus Acrylic Spritz, I wouldn't use it because it was more formulated for use on synthetic sealants and not natural carnaubas.

The Zaino quick detailer probably was "gummy" because it has polymers in it and you were using it on a product it wasn't intended to be used on; carnauba.

Thanks for the info. The Meguirs (sp) quick detail tends to streak the red on my vette, however final inspection/mothers showtime or whatever doesn't. Im glad to see that I can still use both with the P21s. Now to try out the new Meguirs Final detail.
