QD for Klasse sealant?

With what?

I buff mine sometimes with a dry MF after washing with a wet mf.

Or do you mean he busts out a machine and buffs them with a pad??? Kinda confused here

Hmmm... sounds pretty dangerous

...but maybe he has those brushes that attach to an orbital buffer. Could he use those for cleaning the leather??

Don, like you I can only hope that this is a matter of mis-understanding of method.

Gezzz, as I have said before, many times, there are very few who present themselves as detailers, who actually know a clearcoat on the exterior, and even less, who know what are the real components of the interior coatings and how to handle concerns regarding them.

I have to hold my head in shame if someone presents themselves as a "professional detailer" and takes a rotary or D/A to interior leather.

Another site sells a product called "Acrylic Spritz" that is supposedly formulated with some of the same chemicals as Klasse, so not only does it work as a QD, it also restores Klasse protection.

Does PAC have any equivalent? I bought a gallon of ONR, and that is supposed to have some sort of waxing protection when mixed as a QD, is that equivalent?

I am not sure if Acrylic Spritz is formulated with the same ingredients, but I don't think the manufacturer would lie to you. Perhaps look for independent reviews of the product?

PAC does have a super high quality quick detailer that is formulated with high quality acrylic polymers: Eimann Fabrik High Gloss Acrylic Shield. This was the same product we developed for Menzerna but was so good we kept it in our Eimann Fabrik line (at a lower cost!) I have used it on top of Klasse and it works like a charm.

ONR does add some protection of it's own, but it is not an Acrylic. The Eimann Fabrik spray should add more protection (as it is a spray sealant first and foremost) but it's hard to beat ONR for cleaning ability.

I hope I helped

I'll definitely take a look at that next time I do an order. I'm trying to reduce the number of products I have though...

I wonder if I can mix up a batch of ONR Quick Detail, and add some Klasse AIO into it?

I hear people mix some distilled water & Klasse AIO and use that as a detailer.

I would think (guessing) that they are mixing Klasse Sealant Glaze vs. AIO. AIO has very fine abrasives (IIRC) and some level of cleaning action, so it would likely not work as well as the Sealant Glaze diluted.
