No pic yet but I put it on top of the TV with it firing towards the ceiling. It was my old one from my home theater. I wanted to all a little thump to the 2 sets of 6X9's I had already. It helped a ton! Hmm whats next :)

i was thinking of getting one of these Cambridge SoundWorks computer speakers. Really good price and great sound from them, then just plug in my discman/mp3 player/tuner

Redcarguy, sounds like your running out of things to do with your garage.;) How about sending me all your cabinets and starting all over.:D

My goal someday is to have a lounge area in a future garage where the guys can hang out and feel at home, have you already done that?

BTW :showpics :D :D :D

Sounds like you have car speakers hooked up. How are you powering them? I have a ton of audio equipment that I'm not using in any of my cars that I'd like to hook up. Just wondering what kind of set up you have.

Well, when I redid the garage I added 4 cheap Sony 6x9’s built in to the wall. The I have an old Kenwood rack system. I also have a tv and VCR hooked up to the system and also indoor/outdoor speakers on the outside of the garage. Here is a pic of the system. I don’t have a pic of the speakers.. I don’t think…Looking ..

Because my new house won't have the basement developed for some time, I'm putting my HT in the garage; technics 100x5 Rx, DIY towers, rear towers, Velodyne 10" sub, maybe even the center channel.

Can't wait to detail the first time the gf is gone!

I would suggest not putting the sub on top of tv. From the pictures I am assuming you are trying to safe space. Try to find another spot for the sub. The reason is because you don't want the magnet on the sub messing with the tv. If you have never experienced this, take a small magnet and wave it about an inch or two above the tv and watch the screen (it has to be on). :shocked :scared :shocked

As far as I know it is a shielded Sub, so far no crazy blues in the TV screen ;):wavey
