Drove up to Columbus, OH w/ family and polished my brothers 2006 BMW 750li this past Monday and Tuesday. 18-20 hours over 3 days. Lots of wetsanding on previous paint touch up and deeper scratches. Surbuf/M105 followed by LC black/M205 via KBM. Z5pro.

Full writeups to come one day.

Excellent work Bryan! I remember the S65 from a write-up a few months ago, shame to see it went back to poor shape. I think its the same car.

Thanks David! It has been over 18 months since I polished the S65 and F430.

Stunning work as always Bryan. Looks like you have been logging in some serious miles :)

Thanks Pat! The Denali just has 27k or so miles now. Montgomery is just under 2 hours from my house. Looks like I will go back down in Dec for a F360.

Looks great Bryan...that Lexus was as bad as you had described it.

I'm glad I got to come over and visit with you at your brother's house while you were here visiting!

Take care buddy.

Wow those all came out incredible! Great job!

I need to order some of those surbuf pads.

Thank you! On some paints the tangerine pads cut faster/cleaner then the surbuf.

Thank you Todd! It was my pleasure to meet you and talk detailing.

Great Work Bryan!!

Did you get those results with just a PC or rotary too. Do you prime via the KB method? I notice you really do use just 4 pea sized dabs on the pad.....

Thank you mystickid! Everything was done with a PC. With an orange or any foam pad you always prime via the KBM. When you use a surbuf pad you do not prime and that is what you see in the reflection of the AMG. Feel free to have a look at the links in my sig for some helpful tips.

Bryan, Do your hands ever stop shaking LOL great work on all the nice cars!

Thanks Barry! They stop shaking a day or two after, but sometimes hurt longer then that. I'm hoping the new Megs V2 will help.

Yea Bryan I seen KB's reveiw on it and also seen Joe's reveiw and I think this is gonna be a must have. I need to get some of them surbuf's! Great work man again.

I hear that Santa might be making some early rounds and dropping one off for me, but we shall see. I'm scheduled a C6 red vette in a week or so with some water spots, so if it requires wetsanding that will be a good test for the V2.

The first time I used a XPPC, it only took seconds to feel that it had more vibes then the 7424. I still use a 7424 on all of my 4" pad work. A 4" flat orange M105 primed pad will remove some serious defects. Also nice for working around door handles.

I need to pickup some 4" surbuf pads the next time I order more surbuf.
