PS Detailed: JDookie's new 2008 black Yukon Denali

Cool arrangement! No matter where you are, there is an Autopian to help!

Great looking detail! Congrats on the new ride JDookie!

gmblack3a- Great work, per usual :D Nice that your wife helped out with the interior.

JDookie- Hey buddy, long time :wavey Hope all is well with you. Nice vehicle, good move having gmblack3a get it all ready for you. Must've been great to have it looking better than showroom-new.

Amazing work Bryan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You definately worked hard for your money on this one. When the Dyson comes out, you know it's a tough task!

Thank you Ryan! Nothing is off limits in the house when it comes to detailing.

I love this shot!

Same here! I haven't been on much at all the past year or so. Just for the occasional spammer ban, lol. :beware

I've been doing well though. Just been VERY busy, and haven't been able to do any details in a very long time. I actually had to throw away a good bit of my product because it went bad. That's what I get for leaving it all in the garage I guess. These southern summers are a killer!

As far as the detail, Bryan definitely took good care of me. He was excellent, and I can't say enough good things about him, and his work. Really great guy.

JDookie- Cool, glad to hear it. Well, all but the part about your products going bad...it *must* get really hot in your area!

Yeah, I don't know what happened. The garage is connected to the house, and isn't directly climate controlled, but it never gets over 80F or so, but quite a few of my bottles of polish dried up, or separated, and won't reconstitute. Even a couple of the waxes shrunk in size.

I could look at these pics all day. Wonderful work, Bryan. And it sure seems to be a perfect match between vendor and client. Rare is the customer who fully appreciates the level of expertise and effort involved. In this case, just as when the coffee tastes better when someone else brews it, I imagine a fellow detailer having a new vehicle cared for by Bryan is extra-special. As a fellow GM truck owner (FWIW, mine's an XL), my muscles are aching a bit just looking at the images. :D And, sadly, the orange peel is really something on these vehicles.

Kudos to both of you, and JDookie...I hope you enjoy the truck. I've been very happy with mine. Much improved all around over the previous generation, and if you're so inclined, a PCM & TCM tune will really enhance the right-foot experience.

Jerry, Thank you very much for your kind words! XL- oh lord, that is scary.

Jason got to drive my Denali 1500 around and he said he noticed a big difference in the way it shifted with the blackbear tune. :woohoo:

Bryan.... From me to you... Absoultly incredible work there. I've worked on enough of those to know they are no easy task by any means. You knocked that one right out of the park.

Well I commented on this correction everyplace but here Bryan(lol), looking good man. Jet black GM paint not easy and BIG, broke down and (gasp) I am doing a SUV(Cayenne GTS) this week have to get out the step ladder:D.
