I think we need to determine the true objective. It's agreed that polymer sealants and coatings offer the best durability while wax offers the best shine or depth of shine. Wax over sealant is better than just sealant, but not as good as carnuba alone.
So what do we want...long term protection, sacrificing some shine, or show car shine, sacrificing durability?
Now spring, summer and fall, I'd go with shine, then for winter here, I'd sure want durable protection!
For me, I'm gonna play with a couple of coats of Duragloss 111 over 105 (with an Aquawax topper after washes) and see where it takes me.
