Hi all,
I have a 2006 Mercedes E-Class. It has "acid rain" spots on the hood and roof. I have a PC, and I did 3 passes with Meguiars #2 on a section of the spots. It made no difference. You can't feel the spots, but in reflection it looks like white chicken pox.
So, is there a product that I can use with the PC that might make a difference? I have the time and elbow grease to stick with the PC, or am I just kidding myself and need a rotary?
If it looks like I need a rotary, what pad and compound would be your recommendation?
I did the rest of the car today with 1Z Paint Polish and it looks amazing. I'm following up with 1Z Polish Wax, Collinite #915, and DG AW once I (hopefully) fix the spots.
