I currently QD my car about every other day--now using diluted ONR and seems to work quite well. My question actually revolves around the California Duster (ot I think OXO as similiar product)--Any Pro/Con/Experiemces good or bad.. I was wondering about it dragging grunge along the paint and leaving fine marring or worse or leaving a waxy residue--I suppose the QD would remove the residue--Comments appreciated:secret

A duster can be used safely, but I prefer to wash my car weekly and skip dusting and QDing in between.

I've often used a Calif Duster if there seems to be nothing but light dust on the surface and have never noticed any problems. Yep, sometimes some parofin is left behind on the surface but nothing that a QD or S&W won't take care of.

+1, your car can have dust or tiny mineral particles on it that will get caught in your towel/duster and scratch the paint. Washing frequently will be a better option than constantly QD'ing/dusting.
