Problems with pc pads

I have no reason to doubt it. I just feel wary since I was told more than once I should not have a problem with the brass adapter either and then proceeded to have two break within a couple months time.
 
I was able to buy a backing plate locally, a 6" 3M and it fixed the problem. Now my Meg pads don't fit but my LC pads work fine. The Edge 2000 setup sounds very interesting. Anybody else have experience with these pads?
 
I use the Edge 2000 pads. I am a hobbiest and just use them on my cars, but I have not had any problems. Yesterday I used them for about 4 hours straight.

For some strange reason, I felt that I probably should have read that before I bought your pads. Oh well. If I have the same problem, I'll just buy a new adapter. Life is good.
 
fwiw apparently I am the only one to report a problem. The adapter I'm sending you with the pads is brand new. like you said, the problem I've had is with the PC adapters. All the pads I'm sending you have the "new better glue"

I was just joking around. I am well aware that you would not try to pawn off faulty items. I'm really not worried about it at all.
