Problems with HD Uno

We do value your feedback and want our products to always be the best.



We have samples of each batch produced. If have noticed any problems with your UNO not being easy to remove, please send us the number printed on the side of the bottle. We will test it with our other batches to be sure its consistent.



If there is an issue with a batch, we will exchange it for you.

Quality control is one of the most important parts of HD Car Care besides Customer Service. The batch was test and have had no further complaints with the HD Uno not performing as it should. Our Hd Pro Line will be out soon and is formulate the same just that it will be avaliable in bulk.:2thumbs:

So if its not a product issue then, are you saying it is user error?

Is there anything in the description of how people are using the product that they might need to alter or adapt to this particular product?

We are here to offer the best customer service and quality of product. Unlike alot of other companies that would not disclose customer problems, we decided to open it up here on the forums so customers can include there input into making our product even beter.



Our initial testing showed that the batch in question works the same as any other batch and we get great results. We have decided to test it out on multiple vehicles of different paint quality with various polishers and pads. We did most of our initial testing in the summer and will do our testing now in the morning when its colder. We will post anything we find.
 
Theres a video on youtube of HD uno being used, it shows the user using HD total to wipe the panels down after polishing , hadnt seen that done anywhere else

Is that a solution that HD recommend?
 
That wouldn't be the HD Total being used on the vehicle HD Total is a degreaser.The HD Touch is the product being used and is now available on HD Car Care its a lubricant for the clay bar or can be used as a quick detailer as well. We do highly recommend this product to keep your vehicle well maintenance after every detail. :buffing:
