Problems with HD Uno

I have noticed the micromarring myself. I created another post, so hopefully someone can chime in on how to eliminate this. However, I did not have any problems removing it. It did buff off easily, as well.

I am unsure of the micro-marring in my case! As I am still new to the game of detailing, could you explain what to look for so I can see if I am experiencing the same thing.
 
Well ive tried it again using 2 droplets and I got the same issue of it being hard to buff off. Am I overworking the product? I spread it out on 3- 1 pass, then speed 5 1 pass horizontally, and finally speed 5 vertically 1 pass. I go a 1-2inches/second.



What I noticed for me is that if I finish with speed 3 light pressure moderate speed the product becomes easy to buff off and I didnt get any micromarring.



Its possible that the weather could influence the product being had to remove its 43 fahrenheit here... and it could be the Hondas clear, along with the coldness, I had streaking with some paste waxes- P21S, Megs gold class.

Weather could be a factor. How dry is the air?
 
I opened up my new bottle and it came off like butter. I worked it long, short, it didn't matter. Just order another bottle. Can't wait to use it again. I hope it wasn't a one time deal. :D:D:D

I don't think it has anything to do with the temperature. With the old (my first) bottle I had if I used the product to remove swirls, meaning working it (properly) for awhile - that result was not normal. I suspect a batch issue. I mean this bottle I am using now acts like any normal polish would. Maybe even better. m2c



It will be interesting to see what you will experience David.



PS: Your APC rocks. What an exceelnt product. Please offer larger sizes.
 
Hopefully its a batch issue. If I get a chance to use it once more I'll take a video with my Flip and you guys can help me out, maybe even tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Well David will let us know how he does later. But since it was just me along with a few others who bought in a very similar time frame, its possible that it could have been something in the batch.



Im curious to see what results david gets

Yikes I just purchased 5 bottles of Uno on the 40% sale. Hope thats not the bad batch.

I will have our Quality Control Department test 1 bottle of the batch made of the HD Uno that you purchased, but I need the number imprinted on the left side of the bottle to make sure we test the same batch under 50 to 55 degree temperature and see the reaction of the product.

Don't worry. It performs. Tomorrow I'll look at my empty bottle and it's serial #
 
Great

Because i am also facing the same problem. Had to use a finer polish to go over it to remove. M205 in this case.
