problems with Aj trigger

I recently purchased prime strong and aj trigger, I have no complaints of prime strong, it works real well however I did have a question about trigger. It seems to be streaking too much. I apply it sparingly on my hood, wipe it off with MF towel until its gone. But then when i take it out in the sun, i can see thats its been streaking.

Am i the only one that has had that problem?

Thanks

Trust me, I tried everything but it still ends up streaking and leaving marks. I know im probably messing up.

Could it be due to the weather? IT is very humid and close to 100degress here in houston

I was thinknig of switching out from the bottle its in to one of those bottle that sprays a fine mist. :think2

Just do a final buff, and you will be ok.

I haven't had any problems using it, near 100 the last time I used it and relatively low humidity (for Dallas anyway). Just as easy to use as OCW to me.

Ya, I'm having problems with the sprayer on AJ:T. It comes out too think and "steak" like. I emailed Jeff and he suggested adding a little distilled water to thin out AJ:T. This may also help with the streaking problem.

Normally the streaking can only be observed on the hood, so I suggest you start the application from the hood, than go round the whole car. By then the MF towel is slightly damp with AJT, then you do another application on the hood using the damp MF towel and this will ensure more even coverage reducing the streaking problem. This method works for me :)

Gen2 has the answer. You need to ad moister, either a very damp MF or a light mist spray of plain water and then buff dry. Mike
