Prime Strong comparable to Poli-Seal?

I'm trying to decide between Jeffs Werkstatt's Prime and Prime Strong. I'm going to be using this as my regular polish just to maintain my swirl free finish. I'll prob use it once every 2 months. My question is is Prime capable of removing light spider webing and light swirls from washing? Should I step up to the prime strong? As of now I've been using the poli-seal and I want something comparable.

I don't think that Prime is considered an abrasive polish. If I'm not mistaken, it's more of a chemical cleaner like Klasse AIO. Poli-seal, on the other hand, is an abrasive polish, although a light one.

Yeah I use my Prime strictly as a cleaner before applying AJT/CJ

You may get a way with very faint micromarring. I've used it to remove some holograms.

Thanks for the reply guys. So does prime strong contain any abrasives or just a boost in the chemical cleaning properties.

I e-mailed JW a while ago asking about what type of abrasives Prime Strong had. Their reply said that the abrasives in typical single state polish are metal based whereas Prime Strong's are mineral based. These mineral based abrasives are already very refined at their full size. So I would guess their cutting power is less than Poli-Seal.

From what I have experienced, I would say go STRONG. It's designed to fit into what you need it to do. Regular Prime is just going to be a simple paint cleaner.

If I can make a suggestion along the lines of others here, poli-seal might be a little better way to go. I find the Prime seems to dry up pretty soon when using it with a machine polisher. Where as poli-seal should stay workable longer. Just a thought...

I give Prime Strong a definite thumbs up. It polishes out very nicely, removed some light marring and left a nice, smooth even finish. I cannot compare it to Poli-Seal as I have never tried PS, but it definitely has more cutting action than the KAIO I had been previously using.
