Prime, Optimum or Menzerna?

Been wanting to try Optimum and Menzerma's polishes for quite some time. Carlack/Werkstatt seems to have a very wide range of polishes that's also appealing.

thoughts from the experienced polishers? I've been a long time Klasse All in One user and I think its time for an experiment for a new polish. I've got a bit of swirling that's visible under street lamps at night but not that bad since its Silver. (I've got ssr 2.5 handy)

I have ample supplies of EXP and Acrylic Jett Trigger so obviously I would like to have compatibility.

Aqua Wax and 425 are my go to post wash products and I use FK 146 for quick cleaning.

IMO, nothing matches the finish of Menzerna FPII (other than their ceramiclear line). Whether you start with OP or IP to remove marring - finishing with FPII is a must.

My last sample of OP had an extremely long working time which can be both a good thing and a bad thing depending on your technique and circumstances. There was also very minimal dusting from OP. Menzerna polishes dust a little (but not much) and have a faster breakdown point. Although performance with a PC is excellent, Menzerna was designed for use with a rotary - Several experienced Autopians have commented that this brings the polish and finish up a notch. I do not have a rotary so I am unable to confirm these claims. In the end I say go with Menzerna - they'll actually fit right below your existing SSR2.5

Hope this helps...MCA

Menzerna claims that FPII is not necessary for light colored cars.

I only have a PC as well.

hmm....

Carlack anyone??
