Pretty much the worst paint I have ever detailed!

Great work and it was worth the time. GM has some of the nicest looking paint when done correctly.

Agreed. While the level of orange peel on GM vehicles is bad, their paint in general is nice to detail (for me at least).

Very, very impressive correction there. It seems that the defects didn't present too much of a problem, I mean it's not like you were using a wool pad and compound multiple times. I did the same color Yukon a few times (so I assume the paint is the same), and the paint is pretty easy to work with. Provided you have the right products and the right process, it is relatively easy to remove defects but doesn't seem to marr that easy.

Anyways, nice work! :)

Sweet! The nice part about that job is the sense of satisfaction I'm sure you got when you are done.

The owner has to be thrilled and they could probably sell it for more than they paid... You added thousands to the value of that truck. Nice job!

Nice!

Limb scratches make me cringe!! To each his own,but I couldn't put a 30-40k truck in the woods! I guess that's what a truck is made for.

Those are such fun jobs to do when you have all day long to do it correctly.

The GMFS trucks lend themselves to polishing with their shape and lines. Good materials to work as well.

You did this one right!
