AHHH please tell me you didnt buy that. I had gotten an autobrite foam lance works great, took forever to get it,anwyas>. BUt invest in a good/decent foam lance with tougher internals, and foaming capability.

BTW everyone on this thread. I Have this pressure washer, i think i complained in another topic about how this unit has a short spray pattern width, and also how this can easily topple over and bust, so replace some fittings if you have issues. The hose is very short and could use a rubber non kink.

Other than that im not a hater on it. It has a good pump, holds up to several uses, so usage reliability is very high.

Good luck with your pressure washer, Mine has helped with tons of tar jobs( those bastards).

Like I have said before on this subject, price is not always going to mean a unit will last.

So many years ago I can not remember exactly, bought a $60 electric at Harbor Frieght.

Was just to have a back up for our Tech Center Training area.

Our Auto Processing Division had high dollar, professional units, but they would go down due to be used 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

The manager would come over and borrow the little HF unit for a week or so at a time.

(I owned the unit, it was not company owned)

In Sept of 2008 I retired and brought the little cheap sucker with me and it has been used for hours on end, without a break.

I use to clean the siding, to clean the driveway, etc, etc, plus blowing the wheel wells and wheels on my vehicles.

Was worried that it may blow up due to the price and the hours and hours it had been run, so when the local Aldi store was running an electric unit for $70 bucks, bought it.

Only used it twice, still run the HF unit today.

I think it is about 7 years old and still going strong other than having to fix the plug on the cord once.

My point is this, price is not always the determining factor for quality.

Get the AR610, that's what I employ and it works great. The pressure is good enough for detailing and it's also adjustable for when you want to be delicate (engine bays/door jambs/etc)

just put the thing together, got it delivered this morning from Amazon - took about 10 minutes, will fired it up this weekend if the weather is better. it's seems likehigh quality and the weight is nice, i did read about it being top-heavy and easily tipping over and breaking the qd. i do love the built-in hose reel.

i ended up cancelling the Karcher foamer, read more reviews about it being not good and not adjustable - got the HD G foamer for cheap $9.97 and attachment to a karcher bayonet style to 1/4" qd. :thumb:

I look forward to your review. The disconnect sure does stick out there and with a hose reel on top makes it so much easier to pull over.

just come down to columbus and let's see [how the Karcher holds up]- lol! :bowl:

Heh heh, that's the last thing you'd want! Get me anywhere near a Karcher and I bet the poor thing would instantly give up the ghost :chuckle: I have some kind of Karcher-curse jinx or something.... :nixweiss

If it *does* die, I'll almost wonder if I killed it over the internet just by posting on this thread!
