Hi everyone. Barry Theal is somewhat of an icon around here. we made an appointment to detail my new Tesla last Sat. at 8 am, confirmed over the phone 2 days before. I was so excited, arranged the cars, pulled out the hose and tried to arrange the garage to accommodate his needs the best I could. 8 o'clock, nothing, 9 o'clock, nothing, 10 o'clock, I called Barry, "Barry, we had an appointment today, are you coming"? nothing. A week and a half later, no communication. Barry, where did you go? I hope he's ok. Barry, If you are injured, I apologize profusely. If you're not, explain your actions. Not the way to run a business.

That's so strange. I swear he used to be listed in the "find a detailer" section, but I don't see him anymore. Maybe he's gone out of business?
