Premium Auto Care...Great Folks!

I can't help but share my latest experience with the fine people at Premium Auto Care. I ordered the Menzerna Car Care Kit, a bargain at $69.95. I had it in two days here in east Tennessee. Upon opening the box, I found one of the bottles had leaked out, soaking one of the microfiber towels and getting all over everything else. I called Premium and explained the situation and that the problem seemed to be a faulty lid on the bottle. I asked simply for a replacement bottle of product and inquired if the microber towel would wash out. To my surprise, they said I shouldn't have to go through any washing, and they would be sending an entire kit as a replacement! Now beat that for customer service! And don't think I'm affiliated with Premium in any way. I'm simply a weekend detailer and I appreciate fine service.

That is excellent CS! They really do go out of their way at PAC! Dwayne and the folks at PAC are awesome............. no doubt about it!

I ordered the kit too - and when it looked like UPS had lost mine, Dwyane called me personally to tell me he would ship me out one next day air - I told him it was not necessary and I could wait to see if it showed up and he insisted and that we could work out something if the other kit did show up - Dwayne and PAC are what customer service is all about and should be. I will never shop anywhere else for my detailing supplies.

:yeah Dwayne's da man. Just 5 months of joining DC, I've already ordered 3 times from PAC , excellent customer service which is very rare nowadays, keep it up Dwayne. PAC is lucky to have you :bigups :bigups

ps: I hope Rick gives you a boat or raise after this :beer :LOLOL

I've order numerous times now from PAC and I couldn't agree more with the consensus here... Dwayne and PAC are super!!

Agreed, Dwayne and the crew at PAC have set the bar so high that few others will ever reach it.

BTW...Keeotee's avatar scares the beejeezus out of me! YIKES! That looks like one mean SOB dog. I'm used to Labs that basically will show you where the jewelery is if you throw the ball for them once or twice. That dog looks like he would tear your heart out!

She's with another family now Natty. We had to give her up because she was getting to aggressive with the other dogs. But she is very good with people. Half malamute and half husky. Actually, my daughter and I just went up to see her a couple weeks ago. Boy was she excited to see us again. But the family that has her treats her like a queen. She is a very happy dog.

That picture was actually a one in a million shot. I was taking pictures at the time and she was playing with the other dog and I just happen to get that lucky shot!!

BUt in all honesty, she loves people and it never even occurs to her to bite anyone. Just not in her nature. However, the folks that have her now tell me she does eat moles, birds, spiders and anything else of that nature that crosses her path. :)

It is tough giving up a dog. I had to give up a Dalmation pup when I was a teenager because the thing was tearing up my dads yard.

Every husky I've personally known has been as you describe with people. As a kid, my neighbor had 3 or four over trhe course of many years and they were all fantastic dogs people wise. My father once purchased a property in a not too good section of town. THe property came with a "watch dog". It was actually part wolk, part husky, part German Shephard. That was a mean SOB. FOr some reason, the only one that dog would let on the property was my dad and uncle.

If we get our sales up to a certain level per month (I can't say the $$$ amount), Rick will be purchasing a company Waverunner from Yamaha that I can use two weekends per month.
Gary Jones will have access to it as well!
