Pre cleaner wax

After you clay apply Poorboys Pro Polish or P21S GPEC, they are both great chemical cleaners. I am not a fan of AIO but you should be able to use that too.

I thought clay will also take of old wax? I guess I wrong. Thanks
No, I don't think you're wrong. If it's an old layer of wax, I would be almost certain that claying would remove it. I don't think claying always removes the protection, but in the case of an older wax I would imagine that clay would remove it.

I think I understand this now. The prewax cleaner is to remove old wax and it should be done after claying and before polishing. Should I do both claying and then pre wax cleaner?

It depends on how bad the surface is. Just about any agressive polish will remove old wax.

Paint cleaners remove oxidation and other contamination from the paint. It is part of the process of detailing. I like to use a paint cleaner before a swirl remover s I can assess how bad the surface needs to be polished.

Your basic steps:

Wash
Clay
Paint Cleaner
Polish/Swirl Remover
Wax or sealant topper.

Would Pinnacle Paintwork Cleansing Lotion be considered a paint cleaner with fillers? Part cleaner and part glaze?
I have a sample but haven't used it.
I have never used a cleaner or glaze. I also have a new bottle of UPC. Their ability to remove wax was my main interest.
I usually wash-clay-polish-seal and/or wax. Would these replace the polish step on a more regular basis? I usually polish every 3 to 6 months.
