Prayer For The Families and Friends of Fort Hood, TX

Please allow me to rephrase the question…

I like the results I am getting with PH7.0

And I would like suds to "last" longer, because I seem to loose a lot of them between the bucket and the car.

Any suggestions on how to improve on my washing technique and tools?

The foam, with small bubbles provides additional lubrication, and while some of the surfactants are cleaning, the foam lifts the soil up into it and away from the finish.

Large bubbles are not as lubricating, hence, may increase the marring factor.

if you want suds at any point in your wash try this link
you can use it to suppliment your sud action at anytime and you will never not have suds and they will always be clean

it works for me

Thanks YoSteve...

I believe "Manual Foaming" that is my best route...

Is there any detailing task that is fast and easy??

Waxing with Souveran and applying SG. I can do a decent sized car with Souveran, applying/removing in less than 20 minutes. I can apply Klasse SG in less than 10 minutes.

FAST AND PRETTY EASY.

sounds kinky :D how bout you mf what do you think :)

BTW, there's a lot of liquid in foam when the bubbles pop they leave liquid behind. Next time you shave, for lubrication try just using liquid soap. (imo)

Henry, my car's silver.

So then we are all using "turtle wax" car wash on our faces and should be using the creamy gel type car wash.

So then we all should be using a creamy gel car wash yet we all want suds (so pick one?) j/k henry, you funny ha ha.

The point is I would be willing to use a non foaming car wash if it were more viscous than water (with soap added to it'). Yes, I would agree that a viscous fluid like shaving gel would have an ultimate advatage over either foam or non foaming soap, but that would be way to excessive and espensive to use.

no, I don't agree on disagreeing, I disagree on agreeing :D

see you monday or wednesday night, (just pretent to do laundry this time) but you can win this one, I'll agree on you winning.

BTW henry, I didn't get your mailing address on one of my free towels for chatting with us yosteveweb@yahoo.com

Yeah, the P21 shampoo is one product that just throws the old monkey wrench into everything. It doesn't foam as much as other car shampoos, but it does an awesome job of lubricating the surface. Suds is certainly one factor to consider. However, I suppose the P21 makes up for this lack of suds in other departments. It's also very gentle on hands, cuts, etc..

If suds are important to you than Red Cherry Suds http://www.prowax.com/
is the product to use. This stuff is pumped out through the evil brush of death at the local do-it-yourself coin-op car wash. I have never seen thicker suds.
