Powerbar on seats?

Ok, so I ended up getting just a little bit of a powerbar on my cloth seat and was stupid enough to let it sit there for about 2 weeks. Don't ask why, I haven't had time to clean anything on my truck in the past month :( So my question is what is the best way to get it off. It melted on sort of and is stuck, much like a sucker would stick to carpet.
 
Best way is probably use a steam cleaner to soften it and pick it off. Then use normal capet cleaning methods maybe presoak with an APC.
 
try spraying some APC and let it dwell for a few minutes, scrub with a toothbrush and then wipe with a mf towel. it may or may not work, give it a try...

With that out of the way, I would try what BigAl said if you don't have access to a steam cleaner. :)
